The Reception Team Staff - Administrative Switchboard position is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support activities at the Group Health Cooperative Administration Building including answering telephone calls from members, co-workers, and other GHC-SCW staff, directing calls to the appropriate departments, answering general questions, communicating with and directing visitors within the building, and other responsibilities determined by management. The incumbent works under the general supervision and review of the Call Center Supervisor. Job Specific Minimum Qualifications
