Job Summary: The Asphalt Foreman is responsible for leading and managing an asphalt paving crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of asphalt paving techniques, and the ability to coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel on-site. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct asphalt paving crews to ensure productivity and quality work.
Hourly Range is $33/hour-$37/hour Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes): To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
