Job Summary:

The Concrete Foreman supervises and directs daily concrete construction activities on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate crews and materials effectively.



Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    Supervise and lead concrete crews in tasks such as formwork, pouring, finishing, and curing.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate daily work activities, assign tasks, and manage crew productivity.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and properly maintained.
  • Monitor job progress and communicate with the Superintendent about any issues or delays.
  • Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure proper concrete placement and finishing techniques.
  • Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and efficiency.

Hourly Range is $33/hour-$37/hour



Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • 3+ years of experience in concrete construction.
  • Strong leadership and crew management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Experience with formwork, rebar installation, pouring, and finishing techniques.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
