Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (Saturdays if needed) Pay: $18.-$21 per hour Responsibilities: Handle customer orders with accuracy and efficiency while providing information on product availability, pricing, and order status. Maintain a strong knowledge of tire brands, sizes, and specifications, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Professionally address and resolve customer complaints, update customer information in the CRM system, and assist with cross-selling and upselling relevant tire products. Qualifications:
