We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sous Chef to join our team at Travelers in Hartford, CT. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Culinary Department. You'll assist with food preparation, menu development, and the execution of daily dishes, while also managing and leading a team of culinary professionals. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create innovative menus and supervise kitchen staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with at least 5 years of culinary experience, including prior leadership experience in the industry, ideally in hotels, country clubs, or restaurants.
