As our Vice President of Quality and Performance Excellence, you will lead organization-wide initiatives to enhance quality, improve client experiences, and ensure operational excellence across our diverse programs.

In this high-impact role, you'll:
- Define and implement a vision for quality that aligns with IOA's mission and strategic goals.
- Drive performance improvements that elevate care delivery and client satisfaction.
- Oversee accreditation and compliance efforts while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with our research team to implement cutting-edge care models.
