Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Nurse Leader at NYC Infusion locations. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase leadership skills and make a meaningful impact on our team and in the lives of our patients and their families.

Role Overview:

Empower and engage the workforce while leading the delivery of exemplary Nursing Care in accordance with the mission, vision, value and goals of MSK.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards and promote patient safety.
• Collaborate with physician and administrative colleagues to implement all operational aspects of high-quality patient care delivery, covering NYC Infusion clinics.
• Sydney Kimmel Center for Prostate and Urologic Cancers
• Ralph Lauren Center
• Brooklyn Infusion Center
• Infusion Float Pool
• Supervise Registered Nurses, and nursing support staff, as well as management of Human Resource issues, including hiring, transfers, terminations, corrective action, on-boarding, training and development.
• Will play a pivotal role in providing transformational leadership by building and sustaining a healthy work environment that supports and promotes excellence in patient care, clinical nursing practice and patient safety.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Related nursing certification required
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license and registration
• A minimum of 5 years recent, related clinical experience; ambulatory oncology experience highly preferred
• Proven leadership and superior communication skills essential

Additional Information:

• Location: New York City Outpatient Infusion Centers
• Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, with weekend rotation
• Reporting to the Director Nursing (Ambulatory Services)

Pay Range: $146,100.00 - $241,100.00.
