The Revenue Operations team is the driving force to ensure Exiger has a high-achieving, predictable revenue organization with well understood data. We are looking for a tenacious, determined, and persistent Revenue Operations Systems Associate who is excited to be part of building a new and growing program. This person will be responsible for Salesforce administration, organizing CRM data, and analysis.

What You'll Do:



  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
  • Lead all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/ deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
  • Coordinate data integrity efforts to improve CRM data quality
  • Proactively address system errors and identify opportunities for technical debt remediation to increase the stability and performance of SFDC
  • Triage issue tickets and requests within an established SLA
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to) flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
  • Work with leads to administer third-party software resources such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo
  • Document updates, workflows, policies, and processes in a digestible way


What You'll Need:



  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in analytics, sales support and/or sales operations
  • Certification as a Salesforce Associate or Administrator
  • Familiarity with and/or willingness to learn other sales technology systems
  • Experience manipulating large amounts of data in Excel
  • Ability to work and solve problems independently
  • Intellectual curiosity and bias for action
  • Honesty, integrity, and accountability
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet proposed deadlines
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting and competing priorities
