Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Saturday Pay: $18/hr. Customer Service Representative essential tasks: This role requires strong people skills and a customer service background. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team of five in a fast-paced environment. Handle high-volume phone calls and provide exceptional customer service. Manage order taking, data entry, and maintain organized records. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and adapt to changes. Willingness to take on additional tasks like filing, product look-up, and matching billing packages when workload allows. Open to training, instruction, and continuous self-improvement.
