Residential Counselor - 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, and PRN

We are seeking aResidential Counselorsto join our teams in Glen Mills, PA.

Shifts Available:

• PRN: (as needed)
• 2nd: Monday-Friday 3:30 PM-11:30 PM
• 3rd shift: Saturday-Sunday 11:30 PM-7:00 AM

Position Details

The Residential Counselor will providedirection and assistance to consumers residing in theCommunity Residential Rehab (CRR) programs.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
• Transport residents to appointments and outings.
• Implement appropriate parts of each resident's goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
• Report the resident's progress to the appropriate clinician.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• One year of mental health experience with adults preferred.
