Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified college student for a construction internship opportunity within our building sites in the Jacksonville area. The MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes Internship program was created to allow driven college and grad students the opportunity to gain experience with a top national homebuilder. Candidates may be considered for a full time opportunity upon completion of an internship and/or graduation. You will work side by side with top professionals to prepare you for a great start to your career.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program

• Undergraduate candidates should have Junior or Senior level status

• Strong academic record

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Computer skills in MS Office applications

• Ability and desire to work in a team environment

Compensation

• Base Salary: $20.00 - $25.00/hr
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
• Bonus Type: Not eligible
