Our growing company is in need of a Content Marketing Manager at our Corporate office in Fort Worth, Texas. The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for the ideation, creation, execution, and optimization of a comprehensive content strategy that supports the sales funnel.

This role requires the right combination of organization, project management and marketing strategy to generate and manage targeted, engaging, and creative content relevant to business-to-business marketing, informational web pages, emails, creative assets such as ads, articles, white papers, case studies, banners, and social media. Key deliverables include original written content that is professional, relevant, concise, SEO optimized, and compelling. The Social Media Marketing Specialist reports to this position.

Our Content Marketing Manager:

The Content Marketing Manager plays an integral role in building and engaging the company's customer base, and creating effective content strategies that will promote the long-term growth of the company:



  • Continuously analyze, and adjust, content marketing strategy, roadmap and editorial calendars that support TTI Americas business strategy and regional objectives aligning with customer lifecycle needs.
  • Monitor business needs to develop the overarching strategic direction for the content and conduct technical research to inform planned execution.
  • Identify relevant technologies and partnerships to extend the reach and impact of content in the marketplace.
  • Identify trending topics in the media that we could respond to via our content, with the goal of joining the conversation and spreading our message deeper into whitespace.
  • Regularly present research findings and recommendations for multi-format and multichannel content. Recommend new approaches and recognize opportunities to repurpose, repackage, and optimize content to improve return on content investment.
  • Hire and manage third-party, free-lance writers and subject matter experts.


Social Media

The Social Media Marketing Specialist reports to the content marketing manager. This role leads the company's social selling program which includes the creation, publishing, cataloging, etc. original assets, and content for business centric, social media platforms. The social selling program includes ongoing training, direction, and best practices identification appropriate for all employees, segregated by and customer interface and influence.

Reporting & Analysis

It is responsible for the utilization of analytics to facilitate recommendations for the improvement of overall content performance.



  • Partner with the sales teams to define the customer value journey and to set goals associated with each segment of that journey.


Education and Experience Requirements:



  • Bachelors Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline strongly preferred - High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum 8 years experience of developng and delivering marketing content and marketing strategy, or equivalent combinaton of educaton and experience required.
  • 2+ years working in a corporate environment required.

  • Rock solid and demonstrable command of the rules, uses, and forms of the English language.
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex, technical concepts into clear, effective and engaging communications.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Adobe Analytics or other enterprise level analytics experience.
  • The ability to shift comfortably between multiple projects with changing priorities
  • Creative, resourceful, and innovative with strong attention to detail
  • Effective researcher with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to develop effective relationships with individuals and groups inside the TTI organization.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels
  • Proven experience implementing SEO techniques


Additional Consideration for:



  • Google AdWords Professional Certification
  • Background in providing content on a technical topic or topic in a related electronics field
  • Sound technical acumen with exposure to software development methodologies
