POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing Program Manager BUSINESS UNIT: Marketing POSITION REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Brand and Marketing Operations POSITIONS REPORTING TO THIS ROLE: None EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Year-Round LOCATION: Crystal Mountain, Enumclaw, WA; Remote: hybrid or fully remote with minimal quarterly on-mountain attendance WAGE: $77,968.80 - $87,000 annually, DOE. The Digital Marketing Program Manager should be a skilled and creative individual who can lead and execute our marketing efforts across all digital channels. This role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including website management and maintenance, app integration, as well as email deployment and other CRM related responsibilities with a keen eye for the user experience. The Digital Marketing Program Manager is a data-driven person with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, geographies, and organizations. This role will be pivotal in the strategy and execution for the website and mobile app. Including being responsible for drawing on quantitative data analysis/reporting and other site audit initiatives to generate recommendations and facilitate website updates, including seasonal campaigns, landing pages, and new feature updates. This role will work closely with product build teams by scheduling and hosting product walk-throughs and providing feedback as it relates to the user experience and the navigation and capabilities of our e-commerce platforms. Additionally, this role is responsible for working with marketing and product teams to build CRM strategies, target audiences and deploy emails using a variety of tools and programs to coordinate an omni-channel brand experience.
