Job Level: Manager

Location: Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Analysis and Planning along with expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough business analysis to identify key requirements and objectives for various projects

* Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

* Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations

* Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements

* Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track

* Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes

* Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders

* Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives

* Utilize Salesforce Commerce Cloud to optimize business processes and improve customer experiences

* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

* Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to business processes and systems

* Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications:

* Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field

* Have 8 to 10 years of experience in business analysis and planning

* Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud

* Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Show proficiency in project management and planning

* Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model

* Be detail-oriented and organized

* Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems

* Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Have experience in facilitating meetings and workshops

* Be proficient in using data analysis tools and software

* Show a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

The annual salary for this position is between $129,500 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
