As a Senior Consultant, Change Management, you should excel in the hands-on execution of process change and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex change initiatives, helping teams navigate transitions while focusing on the human impact of change. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to execute detailed plans, optimize processes, and support employees throughout the change journey. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to transformative projects while gaining deep exposure to various aspects of change management.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior Consultant, Change Management to join our Global team.

The role responsibilities include:



  • Support Change Management Initiatives - Contribute to the execution of change management plans for projects involving new processes, systems, or organizational structures. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between change initiatives and broader business objectives.
  • Implement Process Changes - Help design and roll out new workflows, systems, and processes that improve operational efficiency. Ensure that process changes are implemented in a way that minimizes disruption and maximizes adoption.
  • Hands-On Change Execution - Be actively involved in the day-to-day execution of change efforts, working alongside teams to ensure smooth implementation. You will help develop communication materials, conduct training sessions, and troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the change process.
  • Conduct Stakeholder Analysis - Identify key stakeholders and assess their needs, concerns, and levels of influence within the organization. Assist in crafting engagement strategies to address resistance and foster buy-in.
  • Employee Engagement and Support - Ensure that employees are equipped and supported as they transition to new processes or systems. Participate in employee interviews, feedback sessions, and workshops to gather insights and address concerns.
  • Change Communication - Develop clear and compelling communication materials to keep stakeholders informed about change initiatives. Ensure that messaging is tailored to different audiences and addresses the human aspect of the change.
  • Deliver Training and Support - Assist in the design and facilitation of training programs that help employees adopt new processes or tools. Provide hands-on support to teams, ensuring that they understand the changes and feel confident in their ability to navigate them.
  • Monitor Change Progress and Feedback - Help track the progress of change initiatives, using employee feedback and key metrics to gauge success. Identify areas where adjustments are needed and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of the change.
  • Collaborate with Change Leads - Work closely with change managers and project leads to ensure the consistent execution of change initiatives across teams. Provide insights from the ground and help adjust strategies based on real-time feedback.


What you'll have



  • Experience in supporting change management or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and experience in helping implement process changes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop materials that are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work hands-on with teams to solve problems and guide them through changes.
  • Familiarity with human-centered change management, with a focus on supporting employees through transitions.
  • Experience in delivering training programs and supporting employees during the implementation of new systems or processes.
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) is a plus.
