About the Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will play a pivotal role in driving the financial operations of Oxford Instruments, Americas (OIA). You'll take full ownership of the Balance Sheet and P&L for multiple business units, using your accounting expertise to analyze complex financial data and create impactful reports. As part of a collaborative team of passionate professionals, you'll have the opportunity to innovate and uncover new ways to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This is an exciting chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment! This is a hybrid role, 3 days on site out of the Concord, MA office. Key responsibilities:
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional accuracy and timeliness in monthly reconciliations, maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and cross-functional teams, and consistently meet strict deadlines for month-end close and weekly reporting. They will also be skilled at implementing task/process efficiencies and driving continuous improvement in financial operations. Key Capabilities:
