The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing a hybrid team of Sales Development Representatives that work outbound leads and Associate Sales Executives that close deals. This role is accountable for day-to-day team management responsibilities with positive impact on employee development and continual improvement and requires at least two years of SDR/AE Team Leadership experience. This role will require regular travel to Mexico City. About the Role In this opportunity as a Regional Sales Manager you will:
- Managing the day-to-day SDR + AE operating rhythm focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline development and closing business
- Driving a strategic approach to territory planning, targeting high-quality personas, generating 'whale' size pipeline opportunities, and closing smaller deals
- Ensuring SDR Team members improve performance and skill over time through coaching and feedback
- Fostering a culture of training and coaching to ramp new reps and continue building their sales acumen and value knowledge set
- Identifying and recommending improvements to process, efficiency, and productivity
- Co-developing and updating our Sales Development playbook
- Working in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to develop a successful GTM strategy for effective outbound messaging
- Creating a fun, high-energy, results-oriented environment where SDRs love to work

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $112,700 - $209,300.
This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
