Executive Assistant to CEO(Hybrid - Columbia, SC)
TheExecutive Assistantprovides comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Operating Officer to assist them in effectively fulfilling their responsibilities. The executive assistant also serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications with the CEO, CAO, and COO.
What you'll do
- Provides assistance in all areas and functions required for the efficient operation of the Executive offices, including correspondence, managing appointment calendars, meeting invitations, travel arrangements, expense processing and reporting, and maintaining pertinent files.
- Manages delegated authority for timesheets, expenses, purchase orders, and access requests as needed for the offices of the CEO, CAO, and COO.
- Provides administrative support to the CEO in maintaining open communications between the CEO's office, bank divisions and departments, district association offices, and system service organizations. Provide similar support for the CAO and COO.
- Provides support for the publication and maintenance of Board materials and other stakeholder meeting materials such as agendas, & minutes and follows up on action items for executive meetings.
- Assists with special projects and initia tives as directed.
- Serves as Budget Coordinator for the offices of the CEO, CAO, and COO
- Conducts research and compiles data to support executive decision-making.
- Provides support with the maintenance of the Bank's policies and directives
- Manages the distribution and maintenance of various regulator communications
- Performs additional support to the Board, Executive Committee, and other staff as needed.
What you'll need
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Five years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- Cooperative attitude, maturity, excellent organizational and human relations skills, aptitude for detail, accuracy, and neatness. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work with all levels of Farm Credit Bank and association personnel and to exercise judgment where no precedent is set
- Ability to apply business and management concepts in decision-making
- Takes initiative to ensure relationships are maintained, and deadlines are met.
- Able to adapt to changing business needs and re-prioritize work appropriately. Works well under pressure.
