*Description*
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for addressing internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues in alignment with department standards and goals. This role contributes to company revenue by consistently meeting productivity and quality benchmarks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound customer calls and emails regarding order placement, order status, product information, and pricing. * Monitor emails regularly to ensure department goals are met while delivering exceptional customer service. * Process customer orders and complaints in the ERP system (Oracle) promptly and accurately. * Proactively inform leadership of any anticipated issues or challenges. * Collaborate effectively with multiple departments, including logistics, trade compliance, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and sales, to resolve customer issues. * Create and maintain customer accounts. * Attend, understand, and actively participate in daily department Key Performance Indicator (KPI) meetings. * Meet individual metric standards, including monthly goals, available/ready phone time, inbound talk time, and service levels. * Resolve technical issues over the phone and prepare Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) as needed. Skills and Qualifications: * Experience in Customer Tech Support, Optical Technician, Call Center, and Oracle. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
