*Openings in both Milford CT and Norwalk CT* Join our dynamic team where your exceptional communication skills will shine as you navigate up to 60 calls a day, ensuring customers are informed, impressed, and eager to secure our unparalleled mosquito control services. *Job Opportunity: * * Company has grown year after year for the past 4 years we've worked with them * The company has over 150 locations across the US and is one of the fastest growing pest service organizations out there! * Fun/family-oriented environment - celebrate birthdays, celebrate employees when doing well * Monthly incentives: offer gift cards to most sales, most calls, etc * Opportunity to go perm with company and turn this into a career *Qualifications:* * 6+ months of inbound sales or call center experience preferred * Data Entry/Multi-tasking skills * Communication Skills * Experience with high volume of inbound calls * A High School degree is needed * Must be comfortable working rotating saturdays * *No time off during training (~2 weeks)* *Work Environment* * Shift: Candidates will complete an 8 hours shift between the hours 8:00AM - 6:00PM (8-4, 9-5, 10-6). * Saturdays will be required during the April - June months on a rotating schedule. * Candidates will typically work 2 Saturdays a month. Sundays are optional if they like. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
