Job Summary (Primary function)
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join the Incyte Dermatology Product Strategy team, dedicated to leading and supporting promotional initiatives for Opzelura. In this role, you will be responsible for the tactical execution of healthcare provider (HCP)-focused initiatives, including creative agency collaboration, content development, and peer-to-peer educational program support. This individual will work cross-functionally to develop consistent, engaging, and impactful materials that drive awareness, education, and adoption among healthcare providers.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance HCP engagement and utilization of Opzelura.
* Manage day-to-day agency relationships, including project oversight, timeline management, and budget adherence.
* Lead the creation and optimization of direct and digital educational materials tailored to the needs of HCPs.
* Oversee the development and maintenance of speaker decks, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
* Partner with cross functional teams to align strategy and execution for HCP-facing initiatives.
* Manage the Medical/Legal/Regulatory review process to ensure compliance while optimizing messaging.
* Collaborate with the broader Opzelura brand team to support execution of critical projects and provide input.
* Work closely with key external stakeholders including dermatologists, advanced practice providers, office staff, professional societies, and other relevant third partner partners to obtain insights and optimize tactics.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the therapeutic area, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
* Facilitate the seamless sharing of information, best practices, and lessons learned across the organization.
* Perform all company business in accordance with regulations and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)
* BA/BS required: a degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred.
* Relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience or background; dermatology or autoimmune disease focus preferred.
* Experience working with external vendors on a day-to-day basis with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects autonomously.
* Strong communication, presentation, analytic and strategic capabilities.
