Min USD $40,556.88/Yr. Max USD $42,000.00/Yr. Job Summary The Director of Service is the first point of contact for anyone contacting WaFd Bank. Client Care Directors handle contacts (telephone calls and emails today, additional contact types in the future) from clients, colleagues and potential clients. The individual is responsible for follow up and/or engaging other WaFd Bank staff including leadership of the Client Care Center to fully address the need. The Client Care Director list ensures questions and inquiries are answered quickly, accurately, and consistently, and are handled to the quality standards represented in WaFd Bank's Remarkable Service Processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Answer WaFd Bank inbound telephone calls to determine needs, provide caller with correct information, offer solutions and refer to other source if needed.
