The Senior Administrative Assistant is an experienced-level support professional with working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience. Performs all clerical, administrative support functions of the department including assisting with budgeting process, SAP such as processing invoices, requisitions and purchase orders procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Completes work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines, has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
- Creates and maintains necessary business process documentation, databases, programs, and spreadsheets in support of applicable business requirements. Independently verifies all departmental invoices prior to submittal to management for approval.
- Responsible for all clerical and administrative support duties for department including but not limited to word processing, excel spreadsheet development, power point presentation creation, filing, travel coordination, mail processing, event scheduling, purchase order creation, expense report preparation, meeting facilitation, submission of daily operations reports, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Provides information to Budget Coordinator for departments planning budgets for final review by departmental managers; reliably monitors and assists Budget Coordinator prepare reports for updating departmental managers of budgets vs actual using company supplied computer applications, creates and provides monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports as required.
- Coordinates records/contracts to be sent to corporate record center. Complies with contract administration guidelines set by the company to ensure proper receipt documentation, review and approval of pertinent documentation such as potentially binding agreement, including letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, term sheets, contract agreements, etc.
- Receives instruction, guidance, and directions from department manager or senior staff
- Provides support to manager and staff, may provide technical guidance (e.g., using software application).
- Scope of work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy.
- Works with minimal supervision under clearly defined procedures.
- Assignments require some problem resolution using previous experience and clearly defined procedures and practices.

Qualifications
Required Education & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience
- Knowledgeable of required PC computer applications
- Detail-oriented and high work standards in support of seamless execution
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, communications, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Thrive on working in a team and supporting others to achieve goals/targets
