Site Feasibility Coordinator The Site Feasibility Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting during the phase of initial property assessment and evaluation of development potential. They will work as part of a team to research and acquire key pieces of information related to site characteristics, jurisdictional requirements, utility and service availability, and other metrics associated with land development. The role involves Collaborating with the Pre-Development team and Engineering Manager to research site characteristics, evaluate utility services, and identify development obstacles Tracking project data communicating with stakeholders assisting with site concept plans and producing necessary documentation for local jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should have Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, technical schooling, or equivalent experience is preferred Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills The ability to work independently Experience in construction, civil engineering, or land development is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft suite and Bluebeam is required A valid driver's license is necessary, and limited travel may be requested *NOTE:* This document outlines the general nature and level of work expected from individuals in this role.
