I can succeed as an Order Management Analyst" As an Order Management Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for the accurate and timely implementation of equity investment orders across a variety of vehicles (e.g. mutual funds, institutional accounts, private client accounts etc.) You will manage operational risk by performing and enhancing key controls such as checking compliance, portfolio eligibility, ratings, ownership, and other measures to ensure investment orders adhere to established guidelines. You will be responsible for resolving operational and compliance related issues in a market-driven, fast-paced environment, working regularly with key partners such as the investment group, trading, legal, and other operational teams. You will work with portfolio managers and research analysts to enable the investment process including supporting investment calls, facilitating portfolio manager/analyst transitions, and responding to general queries. You will identify opportunities and partner with teammates to re-engineer and automate processes to increase operational efficiency. You may participate in department-wide or strategic initiatives. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
