Position Overview:

Are you ready to shake things up in the CPG world? We're looking for an IT innovator and strategic business partner to fuel digital transformation with our Commercial & Trade Promotion Management teams. If you're passionate about leveraging technology to create seamless data integration, power commercial insights, and optimize business performance, this role is for you. With expertise in Trade Promotion management (TPM), Data visualization, SAP S/4HANA, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you'll help drive our data strategy, making an impact where it matters most.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Enablement & Business Partnership

* Be the go-to IT liaison for the commercial, sales, and sales operations teams, ensuring TPM, SAP S/4HANA, and IBP integrations work flawlessly.

* Drive collaboration across commercial, finance, Sales Ops, and supply chain functions to maximize efficiency.

* Champion real-time, data-driven decision-making, ensuring teams have the insights they need-when they need them.

Data Strategy & Analytics Integration

* Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional data SMEs, including the Data & Analytics (D&A) team, to craft a top-tier reporting and analytics strategy.

* Partner with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and commercial teams to visualize success through advanced analytics tools, including but not limited to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI.

* Ensure end-to-end integrations between TPM, SAP, IBP, 3rd party data sources, and other valuable commercial and supply chain systems.

* Ensure data governance, security, and integration practices are robust, scalable, and primed for the future.

Project Leadership & Innovation

* Lead game-changing IT initiatives to revolutionize trade promotion effectiveness and advance commercial analytics.

* Push the envelope by promoting innovation in new areas, such as AI/ML-driven insights, CRM, and predictive analytics.

* Support the development of an IT roadmap that aligns with business growth, market shifts, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

* 5+ years of IT experience, driving innovation within CPG commercial organizations.

* Expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) tools, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP IBP integration.

* Deep understanding of data visualization platforms (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.) and best reporting and visualization practices.

* Hands-on experience with data strategy, integration, and governance frameworks.

* Solid grasp of CPG industry trends, trade promotion analytics, and commercial operations.

* Proven ability to bridge IT and business needs, turning complex challenges into scalable, tech-driven solutions.

* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills-you don't just execute, you lead.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP/TPM data flows.

* Knowledge of AI/ML applications in commercial analytics.

* Background in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern data architectures.

* Deep curiosity and passion for challenging "how it's always been done".
