About the team: The Capital Markets Securities Processing team is responsible for a number of post-trade solutions that are deployed for processing equities, fixed income, FX, mutual funds, derivatives, repos and other asset classes to sell-side brokers. These products include Securities Processing Manager (formerly Phase3), Professional and Investor Portal (formerly WealthStation), and Post Trade Processing platform (formerly Torstone). In addition to these core solutions, a host of ancillary modules are also deployed to customers. Our customer-base is global with the highest concentration in North America followed by Europe. About the role: The Product Management Team has been consolidated following an acquisition and is now looking to expand significantly in 2025 to deliver the FIS Securities Processing extensive roadmap. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team and take ownership of all aspects of Asset Servicing and Tax across our solutions, covering Corporate Actions (dividends and re-orgs, core capabilities and integrations), Proxy Voting (integration to 3rd parties), Client Book Cost (integration to 3rd Parties), Tax Charging and Tax Reporting (core and integration).
