Description Heritage Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team. Heritage Pointe Senior Living is conveniently located near the heart of downtown Marshall, Minnesota. We have helped seniors Age Magnificently since 2013 in our gorgeous 58-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Heritage Pointe provides a strong leadership team and welcoming staff. We recently were awarded the 2023 Bronze AHCA/NCAL Quality Award. Join our team today! Shifts: Full-Time, Monday-Friday(9a-5:30p) Includes some nights and weekends as needed. Wage: $25-$28/Hourly Are you compassionate towards others? Our Maintenance Directors' become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include: Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment. Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy. Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation. Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation. Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services. Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in health care is preferred.
