Pay / Schedule:
$47.45/hr. schedule Monday - Friday + great opportunity for OT pay. At 50 hours per week, earn weekly paychecks of $2,609 gross.
This role involves the inspection, maintenance, and requalification of Discharge Manifold Equipment (DME) to ensure compliance with industry standards such as API, ASME, and ASNT. The inspector will conduct visual and nondestructive examinations, assess the condition of plant equipment, and provide technical recommendations for repairs, replacements, or modifications. Additionally, the role requires a high level of precision in documenting inspection results and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The inspector will also mentor junior personnel and oversee final QA/QC sign-offs. Key Requirements: Must hold API 510/570 and API 653 certifications, along with ASNT Level II (or equivalent) qualifications in VT, UT, MT, and PT. Minimum of 5 years in oilfield operations, with at least 2 years of onsite experience in a chemical plant setting preferred. Proficient in visual and nondestructive testing methods, including hydrostatic testing, as well as knowledge of API and ASME standards. Ability to prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports, ensuring compliance with industry and company guidelines. Capability to read, follow, and create isometric drawings and circuitize plant piping. Foster a culture of safety, mentor junior personnel, and oversee final QA/QC approvals for DME inspections. | |
