Job Title: Field Engineer

Location(s): Norcross, GA

• Candidate will be taking PC hardware break fix calls at various locations.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
• Must be able to complete required product training.

• DELL Desktop PC, Install/Support, Expert
• A+ Certification

• This position requires a substantial amount of administrative work (via iPhone), such as real-time reporting of your time and location and documenting your activities in the ticketing system for each service call.
• The dress code for this position is business casual, which means wearing dress pants such as slacks or khakis, a collared shirt (tucked in), and dress shoes.
• No casual or athletic attire is permitted, which includes jeans, hats, caps, t-shirts, tennis shoes, construction-type boots, un-tucked shirts, hoodies, and thermal sweatshirts.
• Obtaining Dell computer certification is a requirement for this position.
• These certs will COST you NOTHING, and are done after the interview (if you are selected) on your own computer at home, open book.
• Evidence of certification must be submitted before a job offer is extended.
• You will be given roughly 3 business days from the date you are selected as a final candidate to complete the Dell certifications.
• Please note that because certification is a requirement for the position, no reimbursement is provided for certifications or certification classes.
