Job Summary
As a member of the NetApp Data Infrastructure Insights (DII) Team, you will champion the innovative power of our observability solution to help IT teams ensure the performance, availability and security of their storage infrastructure. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers, following up on leads, and managing the purchase journey for new and existing NetApp clients. You will need to develop a deep understanding of the problems that our customers face, how DII can solve them, and how to communicate this value to prospective customers. Your success will depend on your ability to quickly establish credibility with a technical audience, maintain active inbound and outbound communications with prospects using creative follow-up tactics, including personalized email, cold calling, and social selling. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a newly developed team with great leadership and technical resources.
