Customer Service Excellence Representative

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient solutions for customer needs.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on common customer challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with product updates, services, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and friendly tone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy work environment.
• A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
