ABOUT THE JOB
* Sanitize tanks and equipment to ensure company quality standards are
* Locate necessary ingredients in inventory and transport to syrup room for Blend syrup ingredients according to established standards and procedures.
* Unload sugar/concentrate
* Maintain records and logs of procedures, results, and
* Interpret blending/sanitation schedule requirements and plan personal schedule accordingly to suite priorities.
* Periodically perform inventory checks and sort concentrates and Assure ingredient stock is rotated.
* Keep work area and equipment clean and
* Comply with all safety, GMP and sanitation and food safety

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Must have good communication and computer skills. The position requires the ability to lift up to 75lbs on a daily basis and must be able to stand for long periods of time.
