We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic full-time assistant manager for our Ft Worth, TX location. Position Summary: The Store Manager of customer service supervises, provides leadership and is responsible for the sales and customer service performance for the Ft Worth, TX location. This position manages all aspects of the front of house retail customer service and sales leadership including but not limited to, hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, and inventory within the respective department. Essential Functions of the job:
- Deliver and expect compliance of all PWM required sales and operational policies and initiatives.
- Set the expectation and lead by example to achieve sales and profitability through sales generation, customer service, expense control, visual presentation, and inventory management.
- Create and deliver the expectations through the use of daily planner and daily meetings.
- In collaboration with Store Manager of Operations, prepare and execute an effective schedule meeting the needs of the sales budget and staffing matrix.
- Develop business and marketing strategies with Area Manager and Store Manager of Operations to increase store sales and profitability. Support brand marketing initiatives.
- Provide leadership, training and development; recruit, hire and retain strong sales staff for sales floor selling, inventory coordination and embellishment department. Provide positive feedback and coaching, evaluate employee performance, redirect, retrain and manage performance. Prepare and conduct mid-year, annual and any other required performance reviews.
- Ensure financial budgets are followed and monitored. Control expenses through promotional and pricing compliance, loss prevention, employee retention and following general store expense budgets.
- Responsible for the inventory processes within the finished goods product assortments, including compliance with visual merchandising standards. Meet frequently with store buyer and allocator to ensure inventory on order is being delivered on time and replenished.
- Responsible for the end to end experience of embellishment sales orders, ensuring proper embroidery staff scheduling and productivity meets the sales order and inventory demands. Work with inventory planners to ensure stock is available for sales orders.
- Consistent written and verbal communication with Area Manager, Store Manager of Operations and other departmental groups as needed regarding stores performance, including product needs. Must be able to listen, inquire and receive clarification; respond with questions and execute; all within a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors' Degree and 3 years retail sales and customer service management experience preferred, or 7 years retail sales and customer service management experience in lieu of degree.
- Must practice effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to create and analyze reports/statements/budgets.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independent of supervision.
System Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office including excel, publisher and word.
- Retail inventory software and order processing systems.
- Understand the POS system and other software used by the stores.
Physical requirements and working environment:
- Flexible schedule with nights and weekend shifts per scheduling guidelines.
