Position Summary:
We are looking for an Associate Partner Solutions Consultant to support our clients and internal teams in understanding business requirements and delivering solutions that align with customer needs. In this role, you will assist in pre-sales engagements, solution design, implementation support, and post-implementation client success. You'll help ensure a smooth experience for our customers while developing your expertise in consulting, technical solutions, and business processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with product demonstrations, gathering customer requirements, supporting implementation projects, and learning how to map solutions to business needs. You'll work closely with senior consultants, implementation teams, and clients to provide technical and business support throughout the process.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong interest in technology and business processes. Prior experience in software solutions, enterprise technology, or consulting is preferred but not required. We're looking for someone eager to learn, communicate effectively, and grow within the role.
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
  • Support senior consultants in pre-sales, implementation, and client success activities.
  • Assist in gathering customer requirements and documenting business needs.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and help prepare presentation materials.
  • Work with implementation teams and project managers to ensure smooth system deployment.
  • Help maintain best practices, documentation, and process improvements for implementations.
  • Provide support in analyzing business problems and identifying system solutions.
  • Assist clients with understanding product functionality and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of our product offerings and how they apply to various business scenarios.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:
Education
* Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technical support, or a related field.
  • Experience engaging with clients to understand business needs and provide solutions.
  • Some experience in a client-facing role, assisting with requirement gathering, presentations, or system implementation.
  • Exposure to the healthcare industry or healthcare technology solutions is a plus. Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong interest in learning about business processes and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Basic understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms like Oracle Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
