The Data Scientist Intern will serve as a technologist and thought leader developing analytics solutions that support marketing, underwriting, and operations across Aon Affinity. Your Impact as An Intern The Data Scientist Intern supports a team of data analysts dedicated to solving practical problems for our business units. The intern will be assigned one major business/technical challenge and:

Education: Candidates pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics preferred. Applicants for this role are on track to graduate between December 2025-June 2026 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above Please note: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role. Aon Summer Internship Program Aon's Summer Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for rising college seniors to learn, contribute, and gain real world work experience in a collaborative environment. Interns have the chance to learn more about Aon's culture and businesses while developing practical skills necessary for future success and postgraduate opportunities. The 10-week summer program includes weekly spotlights delivered by Aon business leaders, a community outreach event and networking opportunities with fellow interns and colleagues. The program also provides students with an excellent opportunity to learn and prepare for post-graduate career opportunities at Aon. Upon successful completion of the Aon Summer Internship Program, highly qualified interns may be offered post-graduation full-time positions within the Launch Program, Aon's Early Career Development Program. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $25.00 hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. Aon offers a benefits package for temporary and seasonal employees who will work 20 or more hours per week including: medical, dental, and vision insurance at the employee's expense, critical illness insurance, 10 Company holidays per calendar year (paid, if eligible), paid sick leave as provided under state and local law, and a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions.
