Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized Fleet & Logistics Specialist to assist with oversight of licensed vehicle operations, streamline logistics, and enhance transportation efficiency. This role involves assisting management with fleet maintenance, optimizing routes, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will leverage automated business systems to track fleet performance and provide valuable data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist management with fleet operations, including vehicle tracking, scheduling, inspections, and maintenance
  • Coordinate logistics to optimize routes and reduce costs
  • Monitor compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
  • Monitor fuel consumption, driver performance, and maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to enhance efficiency and optimize procurement processes


  • Monitor fleet and driver compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain driver qualification files, including CDL verification, medical certificates, and MVR checks
  • Monitor and manage Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and electronic logging device (ELD) usage
  • Conduct internal audits of driver records, vehicle maintenance logs, and compliance documents
  • Stay updated on changing regulations and communicate relevant updates to leadership and drivers



Qualifications:



  • Experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation coordination
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of fleet tracking systems and logistics software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
