Meet the Team You will be joining the Cisco IoT Control Center organization, part of the Mass-scale Infrastructure Group within Cisco. This team leads the market in cellular connectivity management, supporting over 180 million connected devices daily. We focus on engineering and operational tasks, feature development, release management, and customer support.

Your Impact As a Senior Storage Administrator, you will:
  • Design, implement, and manage distributed NetApp storage systems.
  • Monitor and optimize storage performance and capacity.
  • Develop and enforce data integrity and security policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for storage integration.
  • Manage data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Provide technical support for storage-related issues.
  • Maintain documentation of storage infrastructure.
  • Mentor junior team members in storage management.
  • Evaluate and implement new storage technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience with distributed NetApp storage in a large enterprise.
  • In-depth knowledge of NetApp storage architecture and best practices.
  • Strong experience with performance tuning and capacity planning.
  • Proficiency in storage-related scripting and automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical experience with networking and Linux systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
