BASIC PURPOSE

In partnership with the Account Manager, the Executive Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified permanent talent for our healthcare clients across the country. The Senior Executive Recruiter builds relationships with our candidates, supports the interview and negotiation process, and provides insights on the market to our clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS




  • Exceed branch-based goals to maintain and increase quality candidate pool and fill rate.
  • Develop and plan prospecting strategies to pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates; utilize a variety of tools (i.e., email, telephone, social media) to establish relationships and expand applicant pool. Establish strong working relationships with our clients and candidates.


  • Ensure candidate and/or client concerns are resolved in a timely manner; uphold our Company's reputation by demonstrating standards of excellence.


  • Maintain database with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications and selling points; ensure all communication with candidate is documented.
  • Attend staffing meetings, staffing-oriented training, trade shows, conventions, job and career fairs, workshops and other company/client-sponsored events.
  • Provide suggestions for marketing, internet job boards, and direct mail. Create job postings for our website and LinkedIn. Lead referral email campaigns.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Manage candidate expectations during the recruitment process and while interim is on engagement.
  • Reporting progress on the recruiting process with hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks via phone and SkillSurvey.
  • Lead assigned recruiting projects, assist with developing training materials, etc., as needed.
  • Provide coaching/mentoring for executive recruiters and sourcers, as needed.


Cover for the Director Leadership Recruiter when they are out of the office. All other duties as assigned.

Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

QUALIFICATIONS




  • Bachelor's degree is preferred and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, inside/outside sales. Years of experience may be substituted for educational background.
  • Healthcare experience desired but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as effective phone presentation and strong customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.


  • Must possess an above-average skill set in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting/exceeding Company benchmarks.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekend hours, as needed.



Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and sufficient experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
