The Sharpr division of Dynata is seeking a full-timeDataAnalyst who is responsible forsupporting the CX function in managing client content, running analytics, and ensuring quality control across client hubs. This role focuses on supporting clientsto ensure a clean data environment andidentify emerging trends,stayingon top of existing consumer and market information relevant to their business, industry, or vertical. A successfulDataAnalyst understands the implications ofprovidingand sharingrelevant and timely information to clientsto influence business strategy and decision making. This role will work closely with the Customer Support team to ensure content objectives are met and business value is realized.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support overall client relationshipthrough expert content curationand management

  • Produce regularclientcommunications delivering topline insights

  • Analyze client platform usage and pull together reports that highlight usage overtime

  • Responsible forcontent automation projects, adjusting based on clientneeds

  • Establish baseline metrics for successful content management

  • Keep client content universes clean; monitorand adjustcontent volume based on client needs

  • Run and managedata migrationprojects

  • Partner with sales and customer support team whenneeded

  • Conduct quality checks on the content

  • Find innovative ways to automate and manage content

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or greater

  • 1+ years of experience at a SaaS company, agency,or equivalent

  • Natural curiosity to learn and curate interesting and insightful content

  • Strong attention to detail in order to pinpoint client research needs and filter out tertiary information

  • Innovative mindset to discover content management strategies and streamline/scale solutions appropriately

  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills with a history of driving impact within an organization

  • Organized and capable of highly effective time management in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and meet aggressive goals

  • Flexibility to deal with client and internal challenges as they arise and the ability to develop and implement strategies to overcome these challenges

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, developmentteam, and customer support to deliver results

The base salary range for this position in is $47K-$55K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
