Responsibilities
Lighthouse Behavioral Health Hospital ( LBHH) is a multi-discipline behavioral healthcare center that offers mental health services to the communities of surrounding Myrtle Beach. The Lighthouse Behavioral Health HospiTAL is an acute and residential treatment facility providing balanced, top-notch clinical care to children, adolescents and young adults. The Human Resources Director is responsible for executing Human Resource activities for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR-related activities. This position serves as a strategic partner and key member of hospital leadership and may serve as Administrator On-Call (AOC) as assigned, including completing rounding on patient units and throughout the facility. Master's Degree and 8-10 years of experience preferred. Previous management expeirence required. Previous related healthcare/hospital experience preferred. Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR/employment laws and regulations. Compliance with administrative agencies. Use of Microsoft Office programs. Effective communication skills, ability to problem-solve, conflict resolution skills.
