| Cognizant Consulting vertical is a high performing organization with an expanding client base and is increasingly being recommended by analysts such as Forrester and Gartner. As a Senior Consultant or Manager Consulting, you will shoulder multiple responsibilities that range from analyzing a client's business challenges/objectives and interviewing key client stakeholders to develop recommendations and chartering their digital product information transformation journey. You will participate and lead teams in both strategic advisory and transformation projects. Roles and Responsibilities include: * Provide consulting services, while working very closely with our clients, helping them solve their most complex business and technology challenges * Deliver outstanding client results, while facilitating client teams in implementing recommendations that drive a great customer experience * Lead and support leaders in business development pursuits such as RFI/RFP responses and writing proactive proposals * Work as a product owner/product manager in agile based software delivery of business/IT transformation projects and manage a team of junior analysts * Lead joint working sessions with clients, develop user personas and user journeys and construct business case scenarios in support of clients' agendas * Draw conclusions from the market / industry trends, competitor insights and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant * Contribute to research and writing of Thought leadership articles/whitepapers and develop supporting collaterals * Proactively support team building and on-boarding efforts via mentoring |
| Qualification: * Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed college * Graduation degree from a reputed college/university |
| Experience |
| * 12-20 Years' experience in Business Analysis/Product Management/ Consulting role (Retail / Consumer goods / Travel / Hospitality) + IT exposure * Worked in Consulting or as an industry SME in Retail/Consumer Goods/Travel/Hospitality sector * Experience in handling large-scale transformation projects around Customer experience/E-Commerce transformation programs |
| Key Skill Requirements |
| * Applicant must have good subject matter expertise on one or more of the following industries - Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, Hospitality * Applicant must have good expertise with supply chain domain, processes and technology (systems) * Applicant must have experience working on agile product development / implementation programs as a product manager * Applicant must have experience with Omni-channel Order Management product management and / or package implementation * Applicant must have experience with one or more OMS solution: Manhattan DOM / Active Omni, Sterling Commerce OMS, KIBO OMS * Applicant must have experience working in onsite / offshore models and may have to work in customer's time zone if the project demands * Good communication skills (written and verbal), Facilitation and Good interpersonal skills * Knowledge & be able to apply frameworks to design and present a solution * Design user personas and user journeys * Innovativeness & Thinking Out of the Box * Analytical & Problem solving skills along with working in a team setup or independently as a delivery owner |
Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
