  • Estimated annual base pay: Level 1: $15.85(minimum) - $19.81(midpoint) - $23.77(maximum). Plus, overtime. Level 2: $17.46(minimum) - $21.83(midpoint) - $26.20(maximum). Plus, overtime

Are you ready to make your mark in the world of automation and control manufacturing? If you're an Electrical Assembler, we have an exciting opportunity tailored just for you. As anElectrical Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling and inspecting electrical controls, automation systems, printed circuit boards, wire cabinet systems, and electronic controller assemblies. By following detailed engineering drawings and specifications, you will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge solutions that power the future of manufacturing and automation.

**This is a 1st shift position, Monday to Friday.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Cabinet fabrication including wiring of control panels or controls at an intermediate level.
  • Participates in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Assembles chassis at intermediate level, including but not limited to hardware, wiring and labels.
  • Assembles connector assemblies, cables and wiring harnesses.
  • Completes documentation as required by written procedure.
  • Conducts on the job training of others.

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Level 1: Less than 2 years of related work experience in electrical manufacturing, particularly in automation and control manufacturing.
  • Level 2: 2-5 years of related work experience in electrical manufacturing, with a strong focus on automation and control manufacturing. Candidates at this level are expected to demonstrate advanced proficiency in assembly tasks and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret and follow electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications to assemble and inspect electrical controls, printed circuit boards, wire cabinet systems, and/or electronic controller assemblies.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and other equipment required for electrical assembly tasks.
  • Demonstrates basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate and use ERP systems relevant to the area of responsibility.
  • Basic knowledge of technical concepts and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to others.
  • Demonstrates eagerness, enthusiasm, and optimism for work activities, along with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and learn company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to identify problems and assist with resolution, as well as acquire and apply new knowledge and skills to improve performance.
  • Basic understanding of continuous improvement processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
