What you'll do:

  • Support
    • Leverage Conferences' technologies to deliver key experiences and solve critical challenges
    • Interact with conference attendees and Gartner associates onsite to troubleshoot challenges remotely and onsite at conferences globally
    • Execute high-quality platform configurations with a focus on delivering global consistency
  • Communication
    • Build trust-based value-add relationships with senior leaders
    • Influence and negotiate inbound feature requests through governance with stakeholders
    • Communicate product roadmaps and milestones
  • Training
    • Create, update, and maintain documentation of existing business and technology processes as well as new feature releases
    • Partner with Product Owners and teams to write high-quality user stories explaining business problems
  • Testing
    • Assess performance and translate information into actionable insights that can easily be understood and used to drive change
    • Organize and drive complex projects, identify emerging issues, and keep core initiatives on track for completion by scheduled date
    • Process QA testing and contribute to UA testing to uphold and achieve high-quality, low-defect product development

What you'll need:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of business analysis and project management experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities: Able to solve complex problems, thinking creatively, and using data to tell a story
  • Drive / Passion: You are passionate about the experience and delivering uncompromising quality. Self-motivated & accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility
  • Communication skills: You're an excellent verbal and written communicator capable of eliciting client and stakeholder feedback, documenting clear requirements, and providing high quality support
  • Problem Solving: Ability to engage with cross-functional teams across the organization and work collaboratively to solve complex challenges.
  • Leadership: You've demonstrated a proven track record of driving continuous product improvements ranging from bug fixes to new features and deliverables. Action-oriented and driven to achieve results and build trust with both business partners and internal developers
  • Influence: You must demonstrate a high level of collaboration and strong negotiation skills
  • Organization skills: Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  • Travel: Willing to travel to 5 to 6 conferences per year, providing critical support at our most important global conferences.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 69,000 USD - 107,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
