GENERAL FUNCTION
As a member of the After Sales Service Center, the Reporting Specialist provides high quality data reporting support and problem resolution within a team environment.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a liaison between After Sales team operations and business stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Prepare, tracks and reports operational KPIs to the business on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Own the data collection & validation of operational data within team operations
- Utilize reported KPI's to suggest process improvements, and implement new procedures as necessary
- Provide troubleshooting support, operational process SOP creation support, Write-In preparation and other related activities as part of operations support
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent or at least 1 year of prior relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Strong proficiency with MS Office; Excel and PowerPoint in particular
- Experience in operations environment
- Ability to influence; strong organizational & interpersonal skills
- Strong blend of analytical, decision making, and creative problem solving skills
- Strong communications, presentation, and project management skills
- Collaborator - ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to define and execute programs and build consensus for best results
- Ability to work under deadline requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested.
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
