Lead multiple client projects from inception to completion, clearly communicating project objectives, scope, terms, and timelines to both team members and clients Develop comprehensive project plans including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and contractors Create compelling project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, and manage competitive bidding processes with general contractors Monitor and optimize financial performance throughout the project lifecycle, including work plans, schedules, fees, change orders, billing, and collections Oversee all project phases: estimating, bidding, kickoff, weekly coordination, punch list development, turnover, opening, and final closeout Partner with project team members to develop innovative design solutions and comprehensive documentation Guide the project team through documentation refinement, accurate pricing, and successful construction execution Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and design challenges proactively Craft detailed project specifications that meet client requirements and industry standards Maintain effective communication with consultants and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and project success
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture or related field 10+ years of experience managing projects and teams 5+ years of experience in the architecture & design industry Experience as a Project Manager, or Project Architect with project management responsibilities, within a commercial architecture and design firm managing large, complex projects in the fee range of $2-5M+ minimum Professional license or certification preferred LEED accreditation preferred Experience negotiating project scope, fees, managing project financial performance, and ensuring fiscal responsibility for projects Knowledge of building materials, specifications and construction techniques specific to core and shell architecture is required. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, accessibility, and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes is required. Extensive experience in construction document preparation, including detailing and field observation. Experience with project management software, such as MS Project, a plus Strong Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools

**Compensation is based upon experience and estimated base salary range is $100,000 - $145,000 annually. This amount does not include annual bonuses + benefits.
