Job Summary

The Finance & Collections Specialist serves as the liaison between the resale customer and our organization. This role is responsible for observing accounts to identify overdue payments, report collection activity, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

Essential Functions



  • Process resale refunds for cancelled and postponed events and reporting for accuracy.
  • Setup and create invoicing. Follow-up with delinquent customers
  • Research and verify refunds requests and respond to customers' inquiries.
  • Work with internal teams regarding refund claims to ensure customers are properly refunded.
  • Manages platforms to handle all "opt out of marketing" customer requests.
  • Collaborate with business regarding chargebacks, fraud, security, and other Contact Center issues to develop new processes to protect AXS account holders and their ticket purchases.
  • Maintain and update the record of customers from whom collections are made. Identify and assist internal teams with fraud inquiries and bring issues forward as discovered.


Required Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or its equivalency
