What you'll be doing...

Cell sites are pretty important to support our most reliable and fastest network. That's where you come in! As part of the NY metro Implementation team, you'll work with other Network engineering teams, Vendors, GCs and our Operations counterpart to drive our Network's growth and reliability.

  • Work in conjunction with internal business partners (including RF, Real Estate, Regulatory, Network Assurance and System Performance), and take a leading role in delivering and implementing POR goals.

  • Reviewing purchase orders and ensuring health of capital budget

  • Provide governance and drive direction of multiple cross-organizational work streams on which the success of network programs is dependent.

  • Impact individual project completion by applying sound engineering discipline and by working closely with vendors, turn-keys, internal suppliers, and taking into consideration cost, time frame and deployment options.

  • Manage end-to-end programs and efficiencies, across all network technology, product, operations and functional support organizations.

  • Establish delivery of reporting and quality dashboards that detail Milestone queues and identify bottlenecks.

  • Be a catalyst for change and efficiency as we improve or leverage existing processes.

You have Network Engineering/RF/SP/Operations experience and can use that experience to efficiently partner with our engineering teams. Be able to provide leadership and establish the trust of coworkers.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • One or more years of project/program management experience.

  • Knowledge of and experience with the full suite of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience using intermediate Excel functions (e.g., Lookup, Pivot Tables).

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • Master's degree or an MBA.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.

  • Ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives working with all leadership levels.

  • Leadership experience of project accomplishments including successful project/program launches and conclusions.

  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Telecom technologies.

  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Real Estate, Construction, RF Design, System Performance, or Network Assurance experience.

  • Knowledge of wireless and wireline organizations.

  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills.

  • Problem solving skills.

  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work effectively under time pressure.

  • Interpersonal and team building skills.

  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong project planning and time management.

  • Strategic thinking skills, and ability to create actionable plans by working cross-functionally with technical and business partners and senior stakeholders.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $73,000.00 and $135,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
