Stanley Consultants is looking for a Reprographics Operator for the Muscatine, IA office.

What You Will Be Doing:



  • Operate and maintain a variety of printing and copying equipment, including digital printers, copiers, and plotters.
  • Prepare and set up equipment for different types of print jobs, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor and manage the supply of paper, ink, toner, and other materials.
  • Process and fulfill client orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Keep detailed records of all print jobs and equipment usage.
  • Ensure proper file setup and management, including formatting and file conversion as needed.
  • Show initiative to learn and become proficient in using proprietary systems and software.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.


Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of computer and file setup, including file formats, printing software, and basic prepress setup principles
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using printing software and Microsoft Office


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of experience in a reprographics or printing environment
  • Experience with specific proprietary print systems and operating various printing and copying equipment
  • Knowledge of color management and color correction techniques


Physical Demands:



  • Must be able to lift and or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop as needed to operate equipment and manage materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to work overtime if needed to meet production deadlines
