The Digital Solutions Associate Director is a commercially oriented role in our Global Digital Health organization.This position will serve as the primary orchestrator of building Vantive's Digital Health brand and messaging with our internal and external stakeholders. This role will work closely with key leaders in our Chronic and Acute business lines and our region leadership across the globe to build ongoing programs, processes, and tools that align and promote our digital business strategy with all downstream related activities.

Your team

This position reports to the Vice President of Digital Enterprise in Vantive.

What you will be doing

• Member of the Digital Enterprise leadership team responsible for building Vantive's digital brand and messaging for our Vantive Digital Ecosystem

• Work with cross-functional leadership teams to align our overall company goals with our digital strategic plan and ensure we maximize the success of the overall business while building a robust digital program

• Develop and lead regular communication channels with a broad range of working groups to build programs, processes, and tools that fully enable our digital program and maximize our impact to Vantive's overall bottom line

• Manage a team of resources to build a series of regular deliverables that promote our digital program across a variety of internal and external channels

• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and managing project timelines

• Maintain and update project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date

• Assist Digital Enterprise Management team with managing the digital collateral repository and how we communicate and supply this information to key stakeholders throughout the organization

• Build and distribute a regular set of reports to the appropriate leadership and working teams that measure ongoing progress and successes from our branding and messaging strategy

• Partner with our digital team and Vantive's business line and regional training teams to incorporate our digital messaging and functional tools into existing onboarding and recurring training regimens for all appropriate functions in our commercial teams

• As the digital solution program and business grows, this position will have future reports focused on digital branding/content creation and digital messaging/training

What you'll bring:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.

• Demonstrated experience in building brands and scaling products within a dynamic environment, including developing vision and strategy

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related marketing leadership experience.

• Exceptional project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders to execute.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $168,000 to $220,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
